Led creative for Kendra Scott during significant years of growth from 2016–2022. Strategically evolved the brand’s creative aesthetic across all platforms (advertising, branding, e-comm, retail, wholesale, OOH, print, experiential, social) to develop nationwide appeal while successfully retaining core Texas demographic. This included over 75 campaigns across all Kendra Scott categories, building an internal creative team and third-party vendor team, and scaling creative assets, production, and operations.

During this tenure, the brand grew to a $1B valuation, opened over 100 stores, garnered 1 million Instagram followers, and developed a strong e-comm business.
